about me

I am Esther Bangura, a neurodivergent woman diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia at age 35, and with ADHD (inattentive type) at age 40. Like many others, I have carried shame and guilt around how I manage money-even while earning a high salary.

When I began managing money in a way that worked with my neurodivergence — embracing my strengths, accounting for my energy and capacity, and reframing what “consistency” actually looks like — personal finance became lighter. More flexible. More sustainable. Not perfect, but far less overwhelming.

Should I start with a single session or the 6-session package?

 Can my employer or Access to Work pay for this?

Start with a single session if you want clarity on one specific thing, need a reset, or want to see if we're a good fit before committing further. Choose the 6-session package if you already know you need sustained support — for example, you've tried fixing your money situation alone many times, or you want to build consistent habits without losing momentum every few weeks. If you start with a single session and decide within 14 days that you'd like to continue, your £80 is credited toward the £400 package — you'd pay the £320 difference.

Yes. I can issue an invoice for either option. Many ND adults in the UK qualify for coaching support through Access to Work, and some employers fund coaching directly through learning & development or wellbeing budgets. Get in touch and I'll send what you need.

Do you offer refunds?

Is this suitable if I’m in debt / earning well / somewhere in between?

Because this is a live, personalised session, refunds aren’t available once the session has taken place. If something comes up before your session, you can reschedule within the stated notice period.

What if I need more support after the session?

If you decide you'd like ongoing support, the 6-session package is the natural next step — six 90-minute sessions over 3 months, with the 6th session free. If you booked a single session within the last 14 days, your £80 is credited toward the package, so you'd only pay £320. There's no pressure to continue unless it feels right.
